We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic logistics team in Portland, Oregon. As an Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders, using a handheld scanner to track inventory, and moving picked items to designated packing and shipping areas. This is a fast-paced environment where efficiency and accuracy are paramount. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Attention to detail is essential to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety protocols and inventory management. This role offers a great opportunity for growth within our expanding logistics operations. We provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure your safety on the job. Regular training on safe lifting techniques and equipment operation will be provided. Experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus, but not required as we offer comprehensive training.
