We are looking for an energetic Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Portland, Oregon. This role is central to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be involved in picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment, as well as receiving and stocking new inventory. Efficiency, accuracy, and a dedication to safety are paramount. You will utilize technology such as RF scanners and operate equipment safely. This position is a key component of our e-commerce logistics operations, requiring individuals who are detail-oriented and proactive. Compliance with all safety regulations, including the use of PPE, is strictly enforced.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation.
- Receive incoming inventory, verify counts, and stock items appropriately.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics and fulfillment processes.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
- Understanding of logistics and inventory control.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Commitment to workplace safety and consistent use of PPE.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
