We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Picker/Packer to join our dynamic logistics team in Denver, Colorado. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using a handheld scanner and other provided equipment.
- Verify product information and quantities to ensure accuracy.
- Safely handle and pack items, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
- Must be able to perform tasks requiring moderate to heavy lifting, up to 50 lbs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding order status and any issues encountered.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or picking/packing role is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety vests and gloves.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual.
This role is essential to our logistics operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery.
