We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our growing team in Provo, Utah. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, supporting all aspects of warehouse management, from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping. The ideal candidate will be energetic, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic. You will play a vital part in our Logistics chain, ensuring that goods are handled efficiently and accurately. We emphasize a safe working environment, and adherence to all Safety guidelines and the use of appropriate PPE is paramount. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company standards.
- Assist with inventory control procedures, including cycle counts.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Use required PPE consistently and correctly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth Logistics operations.
- Support shipping and receiving activities as needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics principles is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move around the warehouse for extended periods.
