Responsibilities include receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders accurately, and preparing shipments for delivery. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise.
- Accurately stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick products efficiently and accurately according to customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Adhere strictly to all company **safety** guidelines and **PPE** requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center role is preferred.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and **lifting** up to 60 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse **logistics** and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to wear **PPE** such as safety glasses, vests, and steel-toed shoes.
- A strong understanding of and commitment to workplace **safety**.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
