We are seeking a diligent and organized Receiving Clerk for our Cincinnati, Ohio facility. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that all incoming goods are accurately received, inspected, and processed efficiently. As a Receiving Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for incoming inventory, playing a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy and preventing discrepancies. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding safety standards. This position offers a competitive hourly rate and opportunities to learn and grow within our logistics network. You will work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure a smooth receiving process. Responsibilities include: unloading incoming shipments, verifying delivery contents against purchase orders or invoices, inspecting goods for damage or defects, accurately entering receiving data into our inventory system, and staging received goods for put-away or further processing. Adherence to all safety regulations and the proper use of required PPE is mandatory. This role involves moderate physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting. You will be expected to lift up to 40 lbs on a regular basis.
