Join our dynamic fulfillment center in Jacksonville, Florida, as a Fulfillment Associate! We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our logistics team. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that our customers receive their items correctly and on time. This role is crucial to our overall logistics success and requires efficiency, accuracy, and a strong commitment to safety. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent organizational skills. - Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on customer order specifications.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently, ensuring all items are secured for transit.
- Use scanning equipment and technology to track order progress and inventory.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Assist with receiving and put-away of incoming inventory as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all warehouse standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and other warehouse operations.
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
- Proficiency with handheld scanners and basic computer systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of fulfillment and logistics processes.
- Commitment to safety and the correct use of PPE.
