Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring proper labeling.
- Load and unload trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and record-keeping.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed.
- Support the overall logistics and supply chain functions of the warehouse.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of safe lifting practices and warehouse safety protocols.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
