Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials.
- Store materials in designated locations, ensuring proper organization.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick and transport materials for production or shipping orders.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper record-keeping.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and correctly use all required PPE .
- Participate in regular inventory counts and checks.
- Perform duties involving heavy lifting and repetitive motion.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics chain.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a warehouse environment preferred.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 70 lbs).
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and PPE usage.
- Familiarity with logistics and material handling procedures.
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Team player with good communication skills.
