Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using pick lists or scanners.
- Verify product information to ensure order accuracy.
- Transport picked items to designated packing or staging areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and protocols.
- Consistently wear and use appropriate PPE .
- Report any damaged or missing items to supervisors.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Perform tasks that involve considerable lifting and moving of goods.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics and fulfillment process.
- Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by management.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to read pick lists and follow instructions accurately.
- Capability to perform frequent lifting and maneuvering of items (up to 40 lbs).
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and proper PPE usage.
- Understanding of basic logistics workflows.
- Good stamina and physical fitness to perform the duties of the job.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
