Are you ready to be part of a fast-paced logistics operation? Our Denver, Colorado location is looking for dedicated Order Pickers! As an Order Picker, your primary responsibility will be to accurately and efficiently gather products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. You will utilize scanning devices to track inventory and ensure order accuracy. This role is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and the smooth flow of goods through our distribution center. We are committed to providing a safe working environment and expect all team members to wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to all safety regulations. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and thrive in an active role, we encourage you to apply. Experience with RF scanners and warehouse procedures is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists or electronic scanning devices.
- Verify product identity, quantity, and quality before picking.
- Locate items efficiently within the warehouse layout.
- Stage picked orders accurately for packing and shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety standards are met.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damaged items to your supervisor promptly.
- Operate any necessary equipment safely and correctly after proper training.
- Adhere to all company policies, including safety protocols and the use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed established picking productivity targets while ensuring accuracy.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed to support overall logistics operations.
