Our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania facility is looking for a proactive Inventory Control Specialist to oversee and manage our inventory operations. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate stock levels, minimizing discrepancies, and ensuring the efficient movement of materials within the warehouse. You will be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts, performing inventory audits, and investigating any stock variances. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a meticulous approach to data management, and a thorough understanding of inventory control principles. Your duties will include updating inventory records in our Warehouse Management System (WMS), identifying slow-moving or obsolete stock, and recommending strategies for inventory optimization. We are committed to workplace Safety and require all employees to follow established procedures and wear appropriate PPE. This position may involve significant Lifting and requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
