*Responsibilities:*
* Perform patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
* Deliver a wide range of physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy, exercise therapy, and therapeutic exercises.
* Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive rehabilitation and optimal patient outcomes.
* Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and ongoing wellness.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
*Qualifications:*
* Graduate of an accredited university with a Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA
* Current Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one
* Clinical experience in outpatient rehabilitation or related settings preferred.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
