Exciting opportunity to join a small growing team and define how we support and enable our global businesses expanding rapidly both through organic growth and acquisitions. We are seeking a knowledgeable and Workday Consultant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Workday functionalities and be adept at implementing solutions that enhance business processes. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
Compensation Range
Minimum rate: $90,000 CAD
Maximum rate: $110,000 CAD
Current vacancy: Contract till 31st July 2027
Location: Remote Canada
Duties
- Configure and implement Workday HCM modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Configure Workday solutions to meet client requirements, including setting up workflows, security roles, business processes, and reporting.
- Develop integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems using tools like Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
- Stay updated on the latest Workday features and enhancements to recommend improvements.
- Design, implement, and configure Workday solutions to align with project needs.
- Analyze client requirements and design Workday solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Provide training and support to end-users, facilitating a smooth transition to the new system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide insights on best practices.
- Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and system changes for future reference.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday modules.
- Provide expertise on Workday integrations and data migrations.
- Conduct training sessions and support users to ensure effective use of the Workday platform.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Support the wider team with ticket resolution as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience minimum 3 years in workday essential. Workday certifications preferred.
- Proficiency in Workday tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, or Core Connectors.
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Security, Payroll, Financials, or other relevant modules.
- Proven experience as a Workday Consultant with a deep understanding of the platform’s modules and functionalities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
