Base salary: $70,000–$85000 annually

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Distribution Ops Manager with a strong background in direct selling, team leadership, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing drivers and merchandisers, optimizing delivery routes, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of drivers and merchandisers to achieve performance targets
• Manage daily delivery operations, including route planning, vehicle service requests, scheduling, and dispatch
• Monitor and track KPIs such as on-time delivery, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve delivery-related issues promptly
• Optimize routes and logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Collaborate with sales teams to support direct selling initiatives and drive revenue

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in direct selling and delivery/logistics management
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
• Ability to manage multiple routes, schedules, and operational priorities
• Experience working with KPIs and performance metrics
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and planning abilities
