We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Execution to help turn bold ideas into flawlessly executed reality. This role is for a hands-on, highly accountable leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, project management, client partnership, and financial stewardship .

About the Role
As Sr. Manager, Strategic Execution, you will lead the planning and delivery of high-impact initiatives that support our growth across medical, clinical, and commercial programs. You’ll translate strategic objectives into executable plans, manage budgets and timelines, and serve as a trusted point of contact for both internal teams and external clients.
This role blends strong project management discipline , direct client accountability , and financial ownership , with the opportunity to influence how we scale execution across the organization.
What You’ll Do
Program & Execution Leadership
- Own end-to-end execution of defined-scope programs, from planning through delivery and close-out
- Lead workstreams within complex, multi-functional initiatives
- Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
Client & Stakeholder Partnership
- Serve as a day-to-day client point of contact , ensuring expectations, scope, and quality are consistently met
- Partner closely with internal leaders to support strategic planning and client discussions
- Communicate clearly and confidently—articulating ideas, risks, and recommendations
Financial & Operational Ownership
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reallocation across programs
- Track spend, monitor risks, and support reconciliation and reporting
- Identify issues early and drive solutions with accountability
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate across internal teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence
- Provide clear briefs, requirements, and timelines to contributors
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-ownership delivery culture
What You Bring
- Strong project management expertise , with experience delivering programs end-to-end
- Proven success in direct client-facing roles with clear accountability
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial tradeoffs
- Background in healthcare, medical, clinical, or regulated environments
- Excellent communication skills—you can articulate complex ideas simply and effectively
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant project or program management experience

Compensation noted on this post is in CAD currency. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
