We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join a global IT services company based in Birmingham,you will be providing advanced technical support and leadership across network operations. This role is ideal for a highly skilled network engineer, with expertise across Palo Alto and Cloud networks. Ideally a individual who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about delivering resilient, secure, and high-performing network services.
Key Responsibilities Act as the primary escalation point for complex network-related issues. Provide Level 3/SME support across networking services and infrastructure. Lead troubleshooting efforts for major incidents, outages, and performance degradation. Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, and cloud networking services.
