RN - Acute Care (Nights) in Claremont, NH

Full Time Position with Night Shifts

• Care for Residents Based on Needs Assessed by the Care Team
• Provide Assistance and Guidance to Ensure Effective Patient Care
• Communicate Concerns to Departmental Leadership to Maintain a Safe Environment
• Support Staff Development through Education and Training
• Monitor Resident Status and Intervene as Necessary

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Degree Preferred
• New Hampshire Registered Nurse Licensure Required
• Prior Experience in Charge Nurse or Supervisory Role an Asset
• Nursing Certification Highly Encouraged
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification Preferred
