Personal Support Worker (Bill 90)

Les Jardins Katerina, a friendly seniors' residence located in Loretteville, offers stable work schedules, a healthy environment, and welcoming managers :) We are currently seeking a person to fill a part-time night shift Personal Support Worker (Bill 90). ** Completed AP/RPA training or DEP in Personal Assistance in Institutions and at Home, or RAC obtained**

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Schedule: 2 nights/week + 1 weekend out of 2

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Adhere to standards and regulations in accordance with private seniors' home certification and employer policies
• Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
• In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity .
• Proactively assist and support the residents
• Respond to all emergency situations
• While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Up to date CPR / AED training certificates
• PDSP Training
• Law 90 (jurisdiction 6)
