• 2+ years of experience in retail, travel stop, or c-store management.
• 2+ years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+million.
• Ability to work various shift times, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
