Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Detroit, Michigan. In this role, you will be integral to our logistics operations, contributing to the efficient handling of goods within our distribution center. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. We seek individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and possess the physical ability for tasks involving lifting. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unpack, scan, and put away incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick products to fulfill customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
  • Prepare packages for shipping, including labeling and documentation.
  • Load and unload trucks as needed, ensuring safe handling of goods.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided for qualified candidates).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
  • Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and stock checks.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals in logistics.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
  • Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and proper handling techniques.
  • Willingness to wear and properly use all required PPE.
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and lift for the entire shift.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
