We are hiring a Picker/Packer to join our vibrant warehouse team in Nashville, Tennessee. If you are energetic, accurate, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. As a Picker/Packer, you will be instrumental in accurately retrieving items for customer orders and meticulously packaging them for shipment. Your efficiency and attention to detail directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of our logistics operations. You will work with order pick lists, scanners, and other warehouse equipment to fulfill orders promptly and accurately. Key responsibilities include:
- Picking items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
- Verifying picked items against order details.
- Packing items securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Applying shipping labels and preparing orders for dispatch.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work station.
Safety is our top priority. All employees must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow strict lifting guidelines to prevent injuries. A thorough understanding of warehouse safety procedures is expected. This role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and lift up to a specified weight. Experience in a similar role or within a logistics environment is advantageous.
