Join our vibrant team as a Picker/Packer in Las Vegas, Nevada! We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to expertly fulfill customer orders. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately picking items from warehouse shelves using pick lists or RF scanners, inspecting products for quality, and securely packing them for shipment. This role is essential to our logistics operations, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment. You'll be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where efficiency and precision are key. We emphasize a strong safety culture, requiring adherence to all safety guidelines and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). While physical stamina is needed for tasks that may involve regular Lifting, your safety is paramount. Previous experience in a warehouse setting is a plus, but comprehensive training will be provided. We value teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to excellence. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products according to order specifications.
- Inspect picked items for damage or defects before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Assist with receiving and stocking duties as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
- Meet or exceed productivity targets for picking and packing.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of warehouse logistics.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock management.
- Must be capable of performing tasks involving moderate Lifting.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in order picking or packing is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic Logistics concepts is a plus.
