We are hiring a motivated Warehouse Associate for our Cincinnati, Ohio facility. In this role, you will be an integral part of our logistics and supply chain team, responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe handling of goods. Your duties will include receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, accurately picking and packing orders, preparing items for dispatch, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. You will operate various warehouse equipment, and training will be provided for those with less experience, though prior experience is advantageous. Safety is paramount in our operations; therefore, strict adherence to all safety protocols and the mandatory use of PPE is required. This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory against orders.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
- Stage orders for loading and coordinate with transportation.
- Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse using WMS.
- Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals and deadlines.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues immediately.
