We are seeking a diligent Order Picker to join our growing logistics team in Provo, Utah. This role is critical to ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for retrieving specified items from warehouse shelves using order pick lists and potentially RF scanners. Accuracy and efficiency are key performance indicators in this position, as you play a direct role in customer satisfaction. Following the picking process, you may also be involved in staging items for shipment or other related warehouse tasks. Safety is of paramount importance in our operations; therefore, all associates must strictly adhere to safety guidelines and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. The role requires a good level of physical activity, including walking throughout the warehouse and some lifting of products. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from designated warehouse locations.
- Use order lists and/or RF scanners to identify and retrieve items.
- Ensure the correct quantity and type of items are picked.
- Stage picked items for the packing and shipping process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists.
- Basic math skills for inventory verification.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform moderate lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and PPE usage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
