Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. This role is essential for the smooth functioning of our logistics hub. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. You will handle materials of varying sizes and weights, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. A strong commitment to safety is mandatory, requiring adherence to all company safety policies and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to prevent injuries. This position requires physical stamina, as it involves significant lifting, standing, and moving throughout the shift. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Experience with warehouse equipment like pallet jacks is a plus. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, sort, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy.
  • Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper packaging.
  • Load and unload trucks as needed.
  • Maintain inventory levels and assist with cycle counts.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely.
  • Follow all safety guidelines, including PPE usage.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is beneficial.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and PPE.
