Our growing warehouse in Boise, Idaho, is seeking motivated Warehouse Workers to support our daily operations. This role is essential for managing the movement of goods, ensuring our logistics processes are efficient and accurate. You will participate in various tasks, from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping. We are committed to providing a safe and productive work environment and supply all necessary PPE. Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and unloading shipments accurately.
- Stocking products in designated warehouse locations.
- Picking and packing orders efficiently for shipment.
- Loading outgoing trucks and ensuring secure transport.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Operating material handling equipment like pallet jacks.
- Following all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Ensuring proper use of PPE throughout shifts.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic warehouse functions and logistics.
- Willingness to work collaboratively within a team.
- Adherence to all Safety guidelines and proper use of PPE.
- Reliability and punctuality are mandatory.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
