We are seeking a diligent Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic logistics team in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the efficient and accurate intake of all incoming goods into our facility. Key duties include unloading trucks, verifying shipment contents against purchase orders and packing lists, inspecting items for damage or discrepancies, and entering receiving data into our inventory system. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail to ensure the integrity of our inventory. This role is fundamental to our supply chain operations, impacting inventory accuracy and preventing stock discrepancies. While the majority of tasks involve verification and data entry, some physical activity, including occasional lifting, may be involved. Strict adherence to all safety procedures and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is expected to ensure a safe working environment. You will interact with delivery personnel and internal departments, requiring clear communication and a professional demeanor.
