This role is essential for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our state-of-the-art distribution facility. You will be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock merchandise accurately in designated locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the distribution center.
- Comply with all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Support other warehouse operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is preferred.
- Must be able to perform lifting of up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with WMS are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team.
- Commitment to safety and following all protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work flexible hours if required.
