Responsibilities:
- Execute regular cycle counts and comprehensive physical inventory audits.
- Investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain precise inventory records within our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Develop and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
- Monitor stock levels, identifying and reporting on aged or obsolete inventory.
- Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and storage solutions for efficiency.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of all inventory items.
- Strictly adhere to all Safety policies and ensure the proper use of PPE at all times.
- Communicate effectively with relevant departments regarding inventory status and movements.
- Handle tasks that involve moderate physical exertion, including Lifting up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in inventory control or a related warehouse role.
- Solid knowledge of inventory management techniques and warehouse Logistics .
- Proficiency with WMS software and standard office productivity tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Unwavering commitment to workplace Safety and the correct utilization of PPE .
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Physical capacity to perform warehouse duties, including occasional Lifting .
