Job Summary:
Join our growing e-commerce fulfillment center in Madison, Wisconsin, as a Fulfillment Associate! We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented individuals to pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently. This role is at the heart of our logistics operations, ensuring our customers receive their products promptly and in perfect condition. You'll be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, operating scanning equipment, and adhering to strict quality and safety standards. A strong focus on teamwork and a commitment to using required PPE are essential for this position. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced logistics environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick orders using RF scanners and other picking devices.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Label packages correctly for shipping.
  • Operate shipping software and prepare orders for dispatch.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
  • Replenish inventory stock in picking and packing areas.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Understand and follow all logistics workflows and procedures.
  • Ensure proper use of all required PPE, including safety vests and gloves.
  • Assist with receiving and other warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution center role is beneficial.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to wear and adhere to all PPE requirements.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
