Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items based on order tickets or electronic devices.
- Verify item numbers and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Operate manual and powered pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Stage picked orders for the packing and shipping departments.
- Follow all **safety** protocols and wear required **PPE** at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Meet performance targets for picking speed and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Report any damaged goods or inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, standing, bending, and **lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse **logistics** and inventory management.
- Willingness to use **PPE** as required.
- A proactive approach to **safety**.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
