We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Warehouse Workers in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Your efforts are crucial to our logistics chain, ensuring that products reach our customers on time and in excellent condition. We prioritize a safe working environment and expect all employees to adhere to strict Safety guidelines, including the correct use of PPE and safe Lifting practices. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders and prepare them for packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
- Perform tasks involving regular Lifting and moving of materials.
- Support the overall logistics flow and assist with inventory management.
- Report any operational issues or Safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
- Participate in team activities and ongoing training opportunities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Commitment to Safety and willingness to wear appropriate PPE.
- Familiarity with logistics principles is a plus.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
