Are you a proven leader with a passion for logistics and operational excellence? We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in St. Louis, Missouri. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to Safety standards. This includes managing a team of warehouse associates, coordinating workflow, optimizing inventory management, and implementing best practices in logistics. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe working environment, ensuring all team members are trained on proper procedures and use of PPE. Your leadership will directly impact our ability to meet operational goals and customer demands. Responsibilities include:
- Supervising and mentoring warehouse staff.
- Coordinating daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.
- Implementing and enforcing Safety regulations and policies.
- Monitoring inventory levels and conducting regular audits.
- Troubleshooting operational issues and implementing solutions.
- Training new employees on warehouse procedures and Safety protocols.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
- Managing equipment maintenance and ensuring proper PPE availability.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics operations.
