We are looking for a dedicated Order Picker to join our logistics team in Provo, Utah. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Your efficiency and precision are critical to our supply chain operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a physically active position requiring attention to detail and a commitment to working in a safe environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order tickets or RF scanner.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Operate pallet jacks and other lifting devices as needed.
- Transport picked items to the packing or shipping station.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE.
- Meet established productivity targets for order picking.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors immediately.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts as required.
- Support overall warehouse and logistics operations as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse role is advantageous. Must be able to perform regular lifting of up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the duration of the shift. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Must be at least 18 years old. A strong focus on workplace safety and adherence to all logistics guidelines is essential. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and also independently.
