Join our vibrant warehouse team in Miami, Florida as a Warehouse Associate! We are looking for energetic individuals to support our daily logistics operations. This role is fundamental to our supply chain, involving a variety of tasks from receiving and storing goods to picking and packing orders. You will play a key part in ensuring efficient warehouse operations and timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming inventory.
- Stocking shelves and organizing warehouse space.
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately.
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks.
- Operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
- Performing inventory counts and assisting with reconciliation.
- Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Contributing to overall logistics efficiency.
Requirements:
No prior experience required, but warehouse or logistics experience is a plus. Must be able to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the duration of the shift. Strong work ethic and reliability are essential. Must be at least 18 years old. A commitment to safety and following instructions precisely is paramount. Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
