Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team in Nashville, Tennessee, as a Picker/Packer! This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using a scanner or pick list.
  • Inspect items for damage and ensure accuracy of picked products.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
  • Label packages accurately for shipment.
  • Stage completed orders for pickup by carriers.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking inventory as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all warehouse safety guidelines.
  • Proper use and maintenance of required PPE.
  • Contribute to overall inventory accuracy.
  • Support the daily logistics operations of the warehouse.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Capable of lifting items up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet performance targets.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of warehouse logistics and safety practices.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE.
