As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a vital role in our daily operations, from receiving and stocking goods to picking and packing orders. This position requires physical stamina and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. You will be expected to handle various types of merchandise, operate equipment safely, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Adherence to all company safety protocols and the correct usage of required PPE is paramount. This role involves frequent lifting , standing, walking, and operating machinery. We are a fast-paced environment, and our Warehouse Workers are the backbone of our logistics chain. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of all goods, paying attention to detail.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals in our logistics department.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Be prepared for tasks requiring significant lifting .
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform tasks involving frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong understanding of and adherence to workplace safety regulations.
- Willingness to wear required PPE .
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic logistics principles is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
