We are looking for dedicated Picker/Packer individuals to join our growing warehouse team in Nashville, Tennessee. In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders by picking items from our inventory and then preparing them for shipment. This involves using handheld scanners to locate products efficiently and ensuring that the correct items and quantities are selected. Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining order accuracy. Following the picking process, you will carefully pack the items, ensuring they are secure and protected for transit. Safety is paramount in our logistics operations; all team members are required to follow strict safety guidelines and wear designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role demands physical capability, including frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs, prolonged standing, and repetitive tasks. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and works well within a team. Responsibilities include: accurately picking items based on order tickets, inspecting picked items for quality, packing items securely and efficiently, labeling boxes for shipment, and maintaining a clean and orderly work environment. Additional duties may include assisting with inventory counts and other general warehouse tasks. Prior warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial, but motivated candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
