We are looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our state-of-the-art facility in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will be instrumental in processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, from picking and packing to staging for shipment. Your contribution is vital to our logistics chain, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and precise order fulfillment. This position offers a great chance to develop your skills in a growing sector. You will operate in a dynamic setting that requires focus and efficiency. Employee safety is paramount, and we provide thorough training on safety procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role involves standing for extended periods and requires the capacity for moderate lifting.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Stage completed orders for shipment, verifying order accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed, following all safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, especially regarding safety and logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret order details accurately.
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is advantageous.
- Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and performing repetitive physical tasks.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Understanding of safety best practices and the importance of PPE.
