Join our team as a Fulfillment Associate in Columbus, Ohio! We are looking for motivated individuals to help us efficiently manage inventory and fulfill customer orders. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders accurately, and preparing them for shipment. Your contribution is key to our logistics success, ensuring a seamless process from storage to delivery. This position demands attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong adherence to safety guidelines. You will work alongside dedicated colleagues, contributing to a positive and productive warehouse environment. We prioritize a safe and organized workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick items from shelves based on order specifications with high accuracy.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, using appropriate materials.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Utilize proper lifting techniques to prevent injuries.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Support the overall efficiency of our logistics and fulfillment operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoc k for the duration of the shift.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of general warehouse safety rules and practices.
- Familiarity with basic inventory control principles.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
