We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Picker/Packer, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently. Your primary duties will involve picking items from warehouse shelves according to order tickets and carefully packing them for shipment. This role requires a keen eye for detail to ensure order accuracy and prevent errors. You will be responsible for selecting the correct products, quantities, and ensuring they are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. This is a hands-on position that is vital to our logistics operations. You will be expected to maintain high standards of productivity and quality. We value safety above all else and require all employees to wear appropriate PPE and follow all established safety procedures. Regular Lifting of boxes and products, some of which may be heavy, is a core part of this job. You will contribute to maintaining an organized and clean workspace. If you are a proactive individual with a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency, we encourage you to apply.
