We're looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy data-driven models that solve complex problems and enhance real-world performance. You'll work across the full ML lifecycle, collaborating with data, engineering, and product teams to turn ideas into robust, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop, train, and optimise machine learning models to support business and technical objectives. Build and maintain data pipelines, ensuring high-quality, reliable data for model development. Deploy ML models into production environments and monitor their ongoing performance. Work closely with engineers and analysts to integrate models into wider systems and applications. Evaluate model accuracy, stability, and scalability, implementing improvements where needed. Contribute to experimentation, research, and continuous improvement across ML workflows. Document processes, methodologies, and model behaviour for technical and non-technical audiences.
