You will lead by example, acting as a coach to your team while driving strategic planning and execution to achieve outstanding results. Each day will present new challenges, and your problem-solving skills will be essential as you navigate the dynamic environment of our bakeries.

This is a bench role, supporting our bakeries in Solihull, Birmingham New Street, Stratford Upon Avon, and Leamington Spa.
