About Us

Maliá is a stylist-first luxury hair extension brand that's disrupting the beauty industry. We're scaling rapidly across the U.S. and are searching for a Marketing Director to lead our brand growth, manage campaigns, and help us become the #1 extension line in the country.

This is not a "sit back" role—we need a creative, strategic, and hands-on leader who thrives in the beauty and e-commerce space.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute U.S.-focused marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness and sales.

• Lead social media, influencer collaborations, paid ads, and stylist-driven campaigns.

• Manage e-commerce growth strategies, including Shopify, email marketing, and funnels.

• Build and oversee a small marketing team (or manage freelancers/partners as needed).

• Partner with the CEO on launches, events, and stylist education promotions.

• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on ROI and growth.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in marketing leadership (beauty, salon, or fashion industry a plus).

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, influencer strategy, and paid ads.

• Experience with Shopify, email platforms, and analytics tools.

• Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.

• Creative, motivated, and excited to grow a brand from the ground up.

Compensation & Growth

We believe in rewarding results and impact. Compensation includes:

• Base Salary: $85,000 – $95,000/year

• Performance Bonus: $500–$1,000/month tied to KPIs such as:

• E-commerce sales growth

• Stylist sign-ups and certification enrollments

• Successful campaign launches and event ROI

• Perks: Travel to industry events, creative leadership opportunities, growth potential into VP role as the brand scales.
