Are you a skilled Reach Truck Operator looking for a new opportunity in Boise, Idaho? We are looking for experienced operators to manage our warehouse inventory and facilitate smooth operations. As a Reach Truck Operator, you will be responsible for operating a reach truck to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring the timely movement of goods within our logistics facility. You will perform routine inspections of your equipment to ensure it is in safe working condition. Adherence to all safety guidelines, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is paramount. This position requires precision, focus, and a strong understanding of warehouse safety practices. The ability to operate a reach truck safely and efficiently is essential. You will be involved in both inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring products are moved to and from storage areas with care. Key responsibilities include:
- Operating a reach truck to move pallets and stock in a warehouse environment.
- Loading and unloading trucks efficiently and safely.
- Organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory.
- Conducting pre-operation checks and routine maintenance on the reach truck.
- Following all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Assisting with other warehouse tasks as needed, including picking, packing, and shipping.
- Ensuring that all lifting operations are conducted safely and within equipment capacity.
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory movement.
