Top must have skills and exp:
Need someone that can query databases. Transform table. Need someone that can do visualization in Tableau. We're a Tableau company but with all the push and advancement towards AI the long term thinking is whether Tableau will continue to be a solution or whether we will rely more on AI applications. In order to get us there however, there's a data governance part that needs to be done. We need to find where everything is, what's the status, can we build it out? We need the BI Analyst to understand how to get all the under the hood stuff to build foundation on some projects currently. Experience with data visualization tools, especially Tableau is a must. Experience pulling data from SaaS systems via APIs required

Strong written and verbal communication (email communication especially, not necessarily memos). Be presentable while being in person Be upfront about any scheduling issues
