We are seeking a dedicated and experienced *Pharmacist in Charge (PIC)* to lead and manage our *Home Infusion Pharmacy Operations*. The PIC is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, maintaining high standards of pharmaceutical care, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy including clinical, administrative, and operational functions.
*Duties*
* Provide clinical oversight and pharmaceutical care for patients receiving home infusion therapies, including TPN, IV antibiotics, and specialty medications.
* Manage daily pharmacy operations, including staff supervision and workflow optimization.
* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing pharmacy practice.
* Conduct patient assessments to provide appropriate medication therapy management.
* Oversee medication administration processes, ensuring accuracy and safety.
* Implement and maintain pharmacy software systems for efficient record-keeping and inventory management.
* Provide clinical expertise in chronic and acute care settings.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes through effective medication use.
* Train pharmacists, technicians, and nursing staff on system use and safety protocols
* Manage daily operations of the AIS
*Experience*
* A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution is required.
* Previous experience in a clinical pharmacy setting is preferred, particularly in acute and chronic care environments.
* Proficiency in using pharmacy software systems is essential.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team are necessary for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
