We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient *Technical Implementation Manager* with 4–5 years of experience in the technology/SaaS industry to lead our B2B partner integration projects. This role requires a strong combination of project management skills, deep technical knowledge of APIs and interfaces, and exceptional customer-facing communication. You will be the crucial link, ensuring smooth and successful integration of our B2B partners with our platform using proprietary APIs.
*Key Responsibilities*
* *Project Management:* Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent B2B integration projects from kick-off through go-live, ensuring adherence to scope and timelines.
* *Technical Consulting:* Serve as the subject matter expert on our platform’s APIs and interfaces, providing in-depth technical explanations and documentation guidance to integrating partners.
* *Partner Guidance:* Actively handhold and guide external customers through the technical integration process, providing support, clear communication, and best practices.
* *Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting:* Diagnose and troubleshoot complex API integration issues, utilizing tools and technical analysis to identify root causes.
* *Communication Bridge:* Facilitate clear and concise communication between external partner technical teams and internal product and engineering teams.
* *Technical Analysis:* Utilize technical tools to validate data flows and integrations. This includes querying databases using SQL and reviewing technical log files with tools like Splunk or Kibana to aid in troubleshooting.
*Required Skills and Experience*
* 4–5 years of professional experience in a technology, SaaS, or B2B environment, specifically managing technical implementation or integration projects.
* Adequate technical knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP, or similar) and data transfer interfaces (JSON, XML).
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects and timelines for external partners.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Proficiency in querying databases using SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
* Experience with reviewing technical log files and working with system monitoring and analytics tools such as Splunk and Kibana.
Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
