Job Title: QA Tester (Entry-level) Duration: 2+ Years Location: Chicago, IL

Job description: Performs manual and functional testing to verify CRP, Data Lake and/or other OMI systems/application deliverables meet business and compliance requirements. Partners with Test Engineers to validate automation results and ensure user acceptance testing (UAT) success. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field. 2+ years experience in software quality assurance and manual testing; familiarity with Azure DevOps, test case management, and federal system testing (HIPAA, FedRAMP). Sample Tasks:
Execute manual test cases for CRP enhancements, Data Lake dashboards, and/or other OMI systems/applications. Document and track defects in Azure DevOps. Support user acceptance testing with OMI stakeholders. Coordinate with Illinois DoIT to validate IAM/IGA user access workflows (Okta, SailPoint). Verify compliance test results and document findings.
